Eight years ago we stratigically partnered with Pine Valley Foods Inc. to be our main frozen food product supplier and they helped us in setting the standard for the fund raising industry. Pine Valley Foods has the greatest brand recognition and that leads to more sales. We are serious about fundraising.

Truck Delivery

After payment is received, all Annual Fundraiser food products are delivered on the scheduled delivery date of the scheduled time by a common carrier truckline.

We will contact you to give you your delivery date, the trucking company, your Pro#, and Trucking company terminal 1800 number. We believe in keeping you informed, so you don't have to guess. You can take this information and call trucking company (8:30am the morning of delivery) to find out approximately what time of the day your order will be delivered.

Since orders are prepaid, you simply distribute the products and you're done! What could be simpler? To simplify distribution, we provide you a computer-generated packing list with how to handle instructions, the product flavors and quantities sold. (Remember to save your order-taker brochures for product distribution.)

Ordering cookie dough the traditional way-

When your sale is completed - it is time to place your order. Talley up your final results using the order-taker forms. All orders are placed in 6 counts. (ex. 6, 12, 18, 24, 30….) Round Up!!!!

Shatter Balls have a minimum order of 24 and are placed in 12 counts. You can mix and match. (example 24, 36, 48, 60 ...)

Using the “Sponsor's Order Form” fill in your grand totals for each item and flavor sold, then fax to Annual Fundraisers (toll free 1-800-998-2368). All orders are placed in 6 counts. (ex. 6, 12, 18, 24, 30….) Round Up!!!!

Within 48 hours you will receive a reply, fax or e-mail invoice to confirm your order and to make payment.

Fundraising Tips

Set a financial goal for how much your group needs to raise. This goal should be specific. For example, our group must raise $1800 to pay for new uniforms or our group must raise $20,000 to purchase new playground equipment.

Plan for your fundraising campaign as early as possible to give your group plenty of time to plan. Include your fundraising campaign and dates on your school/group calendar to avoid overlapping with other groups.

Set a deadline. Determine when you need to have the money raised to meet your goal. Set a beginning and ending date for your campaign and be sure to begin early enough to not jeopardize meeting this goal. Usually 2-3 weeks is enough time to run your campaign and keep your members motivated.

Seek to get 100% participation from all group members.

Choose someone to be the fundraiser sponsor/contact person to handle order collection and distribution.

Motivate your group. Hold a "kick-off" meeting where you introduce your sponsor, your fundraising program and products. You should also discuss your fundraising goals and deadlines as well. For larger groups, communicate with parents and students through a detailed Parent Letter.

Encourage your group members to NOT SELL TO STRANGERS! The nature of our programs provides your group members plenty of opportunities to sell to your classmates, family and friends.

Announce your program and what your group is selling during morning

P. A. announcements, make posters, and tell others about it by word of mouth. Then, set up a table during high-traffic hours such as lunch periods, after church services, or club activities to showcase your sale.

Keep progress throughout your program by checking with each individual member's progress.

Get the support of family and friends. Perhaps they will know of others who would be interested in supporting your group.
